From Washington, DC and Northern Virginia:

Follow I-95 South to Fredericksburg, then exit at Route 3 East. Follow Route 3 through King George and turn left at Route 205. Follow 205 into Colonial Beach. At the stoplight in front of McDonald’s turn left onto Colonial Avenue.

To get to the High School, you will turn left before the streetlight on First St – follow 3 blocks to High School on your right.

From Baltimore, MD:

Follow I-95 South to Washington, DC and follow the above directions from Washington, DC. OR

Follow Maryland Route 5 to merge with US 301 and continue south over the Harry W. Nice Bridge (the 301 bridge). Turn left at Route 205 and follow it into Colonial Beach. At the stoplight in front of McDonald’s turn left onto Colonial Avenue.

From Richmond, VA:

Follow US 301 North to Route 205. Take a right onto Rt. 205 and follow it into Colonial Beach. At the stoplight in front of McDonald’s turn left onto Colonial Avenue.

OR

Follow I-95 North towards Washington, DC. Take exit 104 (Carmel Church) bear right and follow Route 207 until it turns into Route 301. Follow Route 301 North to Route 205 and follow Route 205 into Colonial Beach.

From Hampton Roads:

Follow US17 North to US301 in Port Royal. Take a right onto US 301 North to Route 205. Take a right onto Rt. 205 and follow it into Colonial Beach. At the stoplight in front of McDonald’s turn left onto Colonial Avenue.

OR

Take I-64 West to I-295 and I-295 to I-95 North follow the directions ‘FROM RICHMOND’ into Colonial Beach.

** To get to the Boardwalk

After entering Town, drive down Colonial Ave to Washington Ave. Take a left on Hawthorne St. this will bring you to the boardwalk, the Information Center, and the Municipal Pier.
