Virginia State Parks History and Culture Day Hike
Discover Westmoreland State Park through the eyes of Explorers and Founding Fathers. John Smith’s Voyages, Native tribes, Robert E Lee, and George Washington among many other subjects will be visited and discussed during this information-packed 2.5-3 mile moderate hike. Water bottles and comfortable footwear are recommended. Children and pets are welcome, though the topics are discussed on an adult-level.
